QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMME

At SPL, we operate a strict quality assurance programme:

Our quality management system is defined and operated by a continually updated quality manual and quality procedures.

Our system is implemented to meet the specific contractual and technical requirements of each individual project and customer.

Our QAHSE manager is responsible to the Managing Director for defining the quality management system, maintaining it and for continually improving the process to meet industry best in class standards.

Our QAHSE manager is responsible for quick identification of quality problems and initiating effective solutions to the satisfaction of our customers.

SPL operates strict inspection and testing methods, set out by recognised industry standards & specifications.

Our team is well trained and subject to operational development plans, ensuring continual quality professionalism.

SPL Treatments maintains quality management system accreditations that are linked to
either a specific market, technology, or customer.

CUSTOMER APPROVALS

SPL Treatments currently holds numerous Aerospace Regulatory and Customer Approvals covering Surface Engineering, Metal Finishing, Heat Treatment, Non-destructive Examining & Paint, granted by national & international aerospace and defence companies.

Major approvals held include: Nadcap, AS 9100 Rev D, Airbus, Rolls Royce Uk, Rolls Royce Deutschland, Goodrich Actuation Systems, Goodrich Power Systems, Beechcraft Corp, GKN Aerospace, Midland Aerospace, Cobham Mission Systems, Raytheon Aircraft, Spirit Aerosystems, Collins and MOOG.
